The adhesive sides to the back when unraveled to tape your lyra so it’s extremely sticky and gets al over your hands and clothes. The adhesive also bleeds out of the tape when warmed (your hands hold one spot of the lyra too long). It does this even when you chalk over the sticky parts. The zigzag sides also roll and fray even when you do tape correctly. I gave up on it after two days. I use meister brand instead and that works a whole lot better **Q: Is this the best brand? The quality of how?** A: It’s a little stickier than the traditional white tape, which can make it tough to tape quickly for ankles or more complex jobs.
