I have had this for about two months now, and it has operated flawlessly. I had some trouble adding additional disk drives to the device. The cable were included, but no diagram to show the proper connection to the mother board nor the power supply. I bought an external unit which does the job, and am very happy with the computer. It is very powerful, very quiet, does not generate much heat, and I am slowly installing all my software.

Upgraded from a 2013 clunker to this Acer desktop and wow, what a difference! It’s like stepping out of a go-kart into a sports car. Speed is fantastic, user experience is a breeze, and everything just works smoothly. Highly recommend for anyone needing a solid, modern upgrade!

The only reason I am not giving this PC 5 stars is because of the lack of a hard copy of the user manual included in the package. Otherwise it is a good computer, suitable for home office use but obviously not for gaming. Had it not been for the obviously intact Acer original taping on the box, I may have thought it was a renewed item. Setup was very straightforward and there doesn't seem to be any bloatware at all except for the McAfee trial (which was easy to ignore). The full-sized keyboard and somewhat small mouse both have positive feels and not a lot of extra keys or wheels. The upgrade capacity of the unit is bare minimum, with only two PCI slots and space for two extra hard drives, but that is not a big deal for me because I have most of my files stored on network attached drives. I would recommend this PC to anyone who doesn't need a lot of speed or super graphics for gaming and such. UPDATE: There are two things I find objectionable about this PC. First is the inadequacy of the user documentation. The online user manual provided is a generic "get acquainted with your pc" document with no specific details on the particular model itself. There is no guidance available on how to upgrade any of the internal components, nor any mention of the existence of such documentation. Fortunately there are a few YouTube videos of the processes available to give enough information to do what I intended to do. Second, the case itself has provisions for two additional 2.5" SATA drives but only one additional power cable connection is provided which connects to one of two 6-pin power sockets on the motherboard. I had to order an additional cable for the second of two drives I purchased to use with this machine. Now that all of the upgrades have been taken care of, the PC now sits quietly in place and performs quite well enough for its intended purposes.

What a super PC! I was pleasantly surprised and I am glad that I made the purchase. This PC is used for working from home and I needed a computer that would be able to keep up with the software programs being used for work, and this PC was up to the challenge. I can also play games if I choose to, which is a bonus. The only issue was that the power cord that was included with the PC was flimsy and would not stay connected in the pack of the PC. Luckily, I keep cables and cords just in case and I was able to swap out the cable for one that I owned. The other issue was when I contacted someone for assistance in an attempt to have them send me a better cord, I was told that they did not have the capability to replace the cord. Outside of those two situations, I was more than satisfied with this PC purchase and I would purchase another Acer.

I researched a long time before buying a new computer and glad I waited for this one to be on sale. It arrived in good condition and was relatively easy to transfer files to with PC Mover software. This Acer is FAST and boots quickly, easily manages every task I have thrown at it, from daily business use to mild gaming. The Wi-Fi is excellent and connects to my gigabit fiber with speeds of 866 mbs consistently. Unlike past computers, the fan cycles as needed rather than running all the time. I thought this was a problem but checking temperatures of the CPU and other components, it works as intended. And this is really quiet, especially since it's small form factor allowed me to place it on my desk rather than on the floor. That's a plus also in accessing the ports on the front; if you plan to place it on the floor, it can be difficult to access the ports due to the shape of the case. I have had an Acer computer for over 10 years and it performed flawlessly, so I trust the brand. In fact, I wouldn't have upgraded but for the old one would not run Windows 11, and could not be upgraded. I suppose 10 years or more on a computer is a long life considering the advances in technology. Very pleased with this purchase.

This desktop sits in the home office and has been a joy to use since it arrived a month ago. The price was right (though it was shipped from the U.S., meaning it took about ten days to arrive), there weren't any startup hassles, it has a good built-in Wi-Fi capability and plenty of USB ports. The desktop boots just a tad more slowly than my Aspire 5 laptop, but that's not an issue. Head-to-head, it offers better price-performance to Dell (which has been my go-to desktop supplier for the last five PCs).

El equipo es muy bueno, se nota la diferencia ya que sustituyo a otra acer aspire de hace muchos años (core 2 duo) Sus únicos detalles son que el sistema operativo viene en inglés (es importada) borre y reinstale el Windows 11, las capacidades de expansión son prácticamente nulas, ya que solo cuenta con un puerto PCI (una tarjeta gráfica y ya no hay más que puedas incorporar) Pero si el uso será el básico esta más que perfecta. Otro punto en contra es que no incluya un monitor, no cuesta tan barata como para que no lo incluya, pero bueno.

Computer works okay. It does however a very annoying fan. If it wasn’t for that I would have given it a 4.

Le PC ne fonctionnait pas, j'ai du le retourné. De plus l'emballage n'était pas adéquat. Le PC se déplaçait librement dans la boite. C'était une boite ouverte avec un excellent rabais. Dommage les spécifications étaient très bonnes!
