Is this salt in actual thin flakes or crystals? The reviews have both descriptions

These are actula salt flakes. Not all flakes are a single sheet. Some of the flakes have combines, creating a cluster of flakes, but never a solid crystal.

How much sodium in a 1/4 teaspoon? Thank you

I no longer have the original packaging. My standard table salt in U.S. says 590 mg per 1/4 teaspoon. I'd assume that's very close.
