Excellent, comfortable and highly effective.
This ice pack is excellent. It is large enough to comfortably provide adequate cover for my sprained knee. It comes with an elasticated velcro strap to keep the pack in place. My advice would be to buy two. In that way you can keep one in the freezer whilst the other is in use. Also you then have two velcro straps available to secure the pack in place above and below the knee.

Effective and accessible
Comfytemp large gel ice pack is brilliantly effective for soothing back pain and swelling after a long day on my feet. The flexible gel stays cold for ages and moulds perfectly to the body without leaking. Excellent value and highly recommended for anyone needing reliable injury relief.

Great little cooling pouches
Perfect little pouches to put on eyes to reduce swelling and relieve pain. Didn’t stay cold for too long though - I guess likely due to their size. Easy to use, and perfect to flex / fit around the eye area.

truly cooly
absolutely amazing product!!! i brought this item for my husband due to hip replacement surgery and swelling, this helped with the pain massively. this item covers a big area and freezes really well in the freezer, and lasts a good 4 hours cold. this can also be heated in the microwave also. comes with a handy stretchy band to keep the pad in place were needed.

Bought for when I had a hip replacement. Worked well but defrost quickly. Glad I bought the two.

Good ice pack for first aid
Great product - works better as a freeze pack as hot pack can be uneven in temperature. Belt is very short!, tight fit. Great concept overall.

Incomplete item.
Straps missing. Only option was to return at post office. Since I have a slipped disc that’s not an option. Have used without strap and it works well. Nevertheless, incomplete product.

Great size and versatile
These are a great size and versatile to use hot or cold. They don't stay warm overly long but stay cold longer. But they are effective for pain relief and quite soft so moldable for your body. Only negative would be the size and length of the straps you get with them they aren't wide enough or long enough.
