I recently discovered that the original microphone that came with sr7005 did not work any more. I bought this replacement microphone and I am glad that it worked without any issues.

Lost the one that came with my marantz. Tried manually tweaking it. Not great. Bought this and used it. Sound is eerily 3d again (atmos setup). Recommend.

A shed load of own goals, not sure if the ends fully justify the confidence. But it does get one part way over no man’s land. The Denon set up button was worn out. But suck it as see remains a rite of passage.

Works perfectly with my Denon x4500H amp and the speaker balance for the room is perfect. What a great idea.

Works a dream, don't expect a massive difference in sound quality, but the directional audio sounds amazing after calibrating.

works as discribed

Works as it is supposed to - just plugged it into the front panel microphone jack and it auto-started the calibration app. Receiver Onkyo TX-NR686. Whole process takes about 10 minutes (more or less). It's not very loud - just a series of white noises played from speakers (well, the sub might be a bit loud) - I'm saying this so that you know that it can be used even at night. In my case it adjusted a bit the frequencies for the speakers and told me to close the menu. That's it. :-) PS: have not heard that much of a difference - but then again, I don't have the best ears and will try to play later some favorite music to see if I sense any improvement.
