Been after one for agers
This is spot on. I’ve been after a small speed square for months but this is the first one that has been a reasonable price. Well made, no sharp edges and it’s square! Perfect for the smaller jobs and easy to carry in a pocket or pouch.

You didn’t know you need one!
Speed squares are those tools that once in your life you never want to lose. A 4.5inch (11.5cm) one even more so, Made of high end and thick aluminium so they are tough. Multiple uses for DIY - great for drawing consistent lines, aligning tools, cutting straight etc. Personally a metric version would be great, but the usefulness of a small robust triangle can’t be underestimated despite its form of measurement. Even if you’re not big on DIY, buy one a throw it in your ‘things’ draw. It’ll be used more than you think. These will last a lifetime, so brilliant value for money.

Expensive for what it is !
Nice little piece of kit! Excellent as a square and fits pocket’s easily! Only problem is the cost, although it is fairly cheaper than Milwaukee’s! I reckon they’ll be half the price in a couple of years , but still nice bit of kit !

Like all of my Swanson speed squares, this one does it job VERY very well. Solid well built with clear marking. I have had ) of these but they keep getting taken from job sites if that give you an idea how handy they are..! The 1/4” & 3/8” offset is soo nice for fitting door jamb and stops and the ability to quickly make and mark angled cuts is great ! The metal material it’s made from is thick and solid, well built and machined ! Just wish they were a little less pricey ;) I just bought 3 more to have on hand when my current square grows legs on the next jobsite
