MB-1 Floor Amore

I recently hired a tile and stone restoration company to redo some clay tiling and limestone countertops in my home. I wanted to make sure that the restoration lasted after the job. The owner of the company recommended this product to clean both. It's a very light, neutral spray that is easy to wipe away, but also keeps the surfaces clean. It has no strong chemical smells or feels, so it's gives me confidence that my stone work is being cared for safely. Well worth the price, as you only have to use a bit of it mixed with water to make a batch. I've used it as a spray and a mop solution.

No different than any other product that does the same thing and is probably cheaper. Wish it did do what it said, since I am a clean freak!

Anyone who has a polished stone floor knows how difficult it can be to care for without leaving streaks or having to mop the floor all too frequently. After a number of uses, I can say that this product apparently does work as advertised--put the proper amount in a bucket of warm water, mop, and your floor is not only clean, but somewhat shiny as well. I can now see the reflection of the kitchen cabinets on the granite tile floor, for example. Just keep in mind that it is a floor cleaner, not a stain remover, so if you have stained marble, for example, you may need a different product. Recommended, but docked a star because the cost is a bit steep. Update: after using the cleaner exclusively, I think the product deserves five stars. Even if the shipping is (was?) a bit steep, this product far outperforms anything else I've tried. It also makes post-cleaning cleanups a breeze--just a little water and a cloth, and presto, good as new.

I bought a "new to me" home this summer and have slate tile floors in 3 bathrooms and a laundry room. I love these floors but A. I had no idea how to care for them and B. it seemed clear that it had been some time since they had a good clean. After a friend raved about another MB Stone product I decided to give this a try. Now I REALLY love my slate floors! Once I started to clean I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I started to notice, with only a little effort on scrubbing that the grout was turning a different color. At first I got nervous thinking the process was damaging the surface but then I realized I was just seeing the true color of the grout. My tiles are so clean and pretty now. I'll let the pictures do the rest of the talking. Assuming they display as I attach them, Pic 1 is before clean, Pic 2 is after clean, Pic 3 is a shot of the entire floor after I had only cleaned the shower room (note the difference between upper and lower halves of picture), Pic 4 is the entire floor after all clean. (edited) For some reason at this point I am only seeing Pic 3 attached to the actual review. Perhaps Amazon is limiting? Full disclosure: My only previous attempt at cleaning was vacuuming with the brush attachment and a steam cleaner. Neither of them made a difference but I didn't try any other cleaners before MB-1. Also, once I realized just how dirty the tiles were I did spend a fair amount of time cleaning the tiles and scrubbing the grout to make sure I was getting all of the surfaces. Especially because I knew the next step was to seal them. I definitely felt the cleaner was doing it's fair share though.

Best one step floor cleaner, I have used this product since 2008. They have other products in their line too. Can't go wrong ..they work!

Leaked everywhere in the box!! I contacted the company and never heard back. Really disappointing. I used what was left in bottle on our granite floors and did not notice a difference. Not worth it and will not buy again.
