W&P WP-PBC-CM Porter Bowl Ceramic Lunch, Cream

I bought this similar item in pink from another buyer and the most problematic issue was the lid not closing properly. The pink one I had purchased had no problem and the lid closed well however this white one had many issues. The lid was not able to close properly and had gaps for things to fall out or liquid. I believe there was a defec to the item for the lid was not equally fitted onto the bowl. I would not purchase this specific one from this buyer, but would look into buying it from a different seller.

Pros: - Aesthetically pleasing - Not too heavy - Easy to wash - Cover for the bowl is so useful Cons: - Not leak-proof - Note that the top cover is plastic material I love bringing this with me to work and using it for our employee lunch meals. Since the meals are served buffet style, I prefer using this instead of the single use plates and utensils. Since I also have to move from the building to go outside to eat, I like to use the top cover to cover the food and can easily store it as leftovers if I'm not able to finish.

I love, love, LOVE this container. It makes eating lunch at work more enjoyable. I love that you can put it in the microwave and the food heats up well. I love the silicone cover that makes it easier to handle when it is hot. Everything stays secure when traveling. I have never had any issues with leakage. I have a bunch in different colors. They wash well in the dishwasher. There is no staining from your food. It really is the best container for lunches. I promise you will want them in all the colors.

I think it’s super cute and it’s soft & it’s good quality. I got the ceramic one on holiday special and now I’m obsessed and i want to buy all the colors. I use it for my salad. I haven’t microwaved, not sure if that’s possible due to the rubber but maybe it is idk. I just like it for my salads. :) I recommend it!

Read the description carefully; when they say it's meant to be carried horizontally and not used for liquids, they mean it. Even the slightest liquid in a food will dribble out if you tilt it. In addition, the plastic top stains (say, from tomato) super-easily. And the entire dish weighs a LOT, making the trip to the office pretty cumbersome: heavy and horizontal. Also the dish itself gets VERY hot in the microwave. Had to put a plate under it to remove and use.
