I was looking for a screw mounting headphone holder not held with double sided tape like most of these style of hangers comes with. I happen to own the exact pair of headphones they use for their pictures (HyperX Cloud 2) so I can easily report these fit perfectly into the steel band. This mount is extremely well made, you will be able to tell the strength of it as soon as you handle it. I believe the manufacturer lists it as steel. I didn't actually use this mount to go into a wall but it did come with screws and drywall anchors as listed and had quick instructions for pilot hole size for the drywall anchor. I have a desk that is all solid wood that I made myself so I used one of the legs as a mounting point for this as they are thick 4x4's. I used 2 black screws that I had so It would all appear black because the 2 screws it comes with are silver (not sure why they would include silver screws when the mount is black). I have never used this mount or anything from this brand before this purchase but would highly recommend it as it was only a few more dollars than most of the other mounts similar to this and all steel and USA made.

simple and no nonsense, but it's held up well for the few months I've been using it. It's pretty low profile, which works well for my space.
