My expensive professional flat iron of 5 years broke and I didn’t want to shell out the money for a replacement so I was looking for one on Amazon. It had been awhile since I bought a flat iron and I was so excited to see what is “new” in the 5 years since I got one and I found this one. The ratings, appearance and features is what sold me. All in all, it’s not too bad! I’m a professional hairdresser and have gone through tons of flat irons. This one reminds me of a Chi. I love all the settings and digital display. It heats up quite nicely and quickly. And it got the job done just about as fast as my old one. The only small downside is I can feel some tugging sometimes if my hair is not perfectly aligned between the plates- an issue I did not have with my previous iron. But! All in all it is a very good flat iron for your buck.
