Does it have a charcoal pan that can be lifted out? If it does is it Stailness Steel?

Yes the charcoal pans can be lifted out. The charcoal pans are the only thing that are not stanless. They are porcelain coated.

Is there a gas conversion kit for natural gas instead of propane?

I have had customers in the past convert these to natural gas instead of propane with great results. Although, I am not sure what the process would be in order to do this. From my understanding you may only need an adapter to connect the hose to your natural gas line. Thanks! -Dan

How big of a pig can you roast

If you have it well balanced you can get up to a 125lb pig on this roaster

What is the highest temperature it can go?

Hi, with only the gas burners it can get up to about 250-300F. With the charcoal and gas, I've been able to get this up to about 450F. Just be mindful of the tempered glass and rapid temperature changes. Thanks! Dan
