Usually dont buy refurbished but I went ahead and tried on this one . Was a awesome price and everything works perfect 👌 . I have the asurion subscription that covers all my Amazon purchases so if anything does go wrong its covered. Cant beat it

The Dell Optiplex 7060 SFF running Windows 11 Pro is a replacement for me of a similar system that I ran for 10 years. I only went looking for a refurbished system to not spend a fortune just to get Windows 11 before the expiration of Windows 10 extended support. A few days after ordering, I learned that Microsoft quietly extended ESU for another year. No regrets. This is a great system. I'm only on day 2 of my setup and migration and it has been very smooth. I had a brief concern that Windows was not showing options for Wi-Fi or Bluetooth and then I remembered the USB adapter that I had set aside. Now that it is plugged in both options are available in Windows setup. With the current (and probable long lasting) shortage of RAM and storage, getting 32GB memory and 512GB SSD for less than $400 is quite a bargain! Quickship Technologies is a Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher. They provided a sheet with Customer Assistance details which I have not needed. I think they did an excellent job making the 7060 look like new and shipped with everything well packed. My only disappointment was with Fed-ex for postponing delivery date/time twice. I would certainly recommend this item for anyone in need of a Windows 11 PC for about 1/5 the cost of the newest similar model from Dell

I got this computer and paid a IT MAN to set it up for me. Only to fine out it did not work. is would not open. I called amazon explain the situation . The help was grate. They gave me a phone number to call the third party that sold me the CP. I did that, only to be told that I needed to send a video to them . I told them I was 84 years old and did, not no how to do this, and all of this would take time. The CP is for my business . If they would send another CP to and charge it to me, then when they get the other CP back credit me for it. He said no.. This should haver never happened. They should have inspected this PC before selling it. I would think they did not. ALL BEWARE....

i couldn’t believe how small this tower is when i unboxed it. took a little bit of time for the system to do all the updates, but other that that setup was a breeze and no issues out if the box. my only gripe is that i wish it was clear that the machine doesn’t use hdmi video outputs and that you need adapters for your hdmi monitors. the system came with 1 of these adapters but i had to order another one ($7) for my 2nd monitor. maybe im out of the “tech loop” and this is common knowledge? but my old tower video board had hdmi output so i was expecting the same in w this new machine. so that was kind of annoying that i wasn’t able to get it all setup exactly the way i wanted with my dual monitors and have to wait until that 2nd adapter plug arrived the next day. other than that, the machine is lightning fast especially compared to my old one that was on its last leg and was painstakingly slow to even do the simplest task. i’ll report and update this review as time goes on and hopefully there’s no issues in the immediate future and yes, the included keyboard and mouse are pretty poor quality but functional- they worked immediately with no issues or setup required- simply plug in the usb dongles to the tower, you do need a single AA battery and a single AAA battery so luckily i keep those on hand. best buy did have the same tower/refurbished for $30 less but ordering from amazon is much easier imo /as are returns should any issues have happened

I bought this reconditioned computer because my 6-year old Dell desktop died withot warning and took all my files with it to the grave. The computer itself was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. As soon as I took it out of the box I realized that I had to purchase a new cable to connect to my monitor which was an unhappy surprise. It came complete with a wireless mouse and keyboard, but no instruction for setting them up. No biggy - I am using a wired mouse and keyboard just fine. The wireless mouse and keyboard are gathering dust in my bookcase. I have experienced lots of growing pains, but I am almost comfortable with the new computer today - some six weeks later. An owner's manual would have been a nice addition.

Worked out perfect for me. Computer was almost new in super clean condition. Everything fired up as expected but I noticed that the SSD was SATA not NVMe. I contacted the seller and they exchanged it for a NVMe. Great customer support. I would not hesitate to recommend this Optiplex for anyone looking for a reliable but inexpensive PC. It included a brand new keyboard and mouse. I decided to swap the keyboard for a better one, but the included one is just fine.

Met my expectations.

Well I received my computer today, I got it all hooked up, turned on just fine. I then started to set up windows 11, that's where my issue is. The very first screen asked me to choose the keyboard type which I choose En, clicked next it asked for a second keyboard type which I skipped. The third screen asked for a internet connection which I did, when connected it went to update. The fourth screen asked for me to sign in with a work or school password, no options to set up my own account or choose to set up my own account. I typed in my email in to see what would happen, and I got a notice stating that a school or work account needed to be put in. I tried all other option to sign in and could not get passed that page. The photo shows the only sign in option, I believe when they reset the computer they chose reset and keep files and not a full reset and erase everything. It kept the former account password and was stuck there. Could not activate windows. I sent it back for a refund,and ordered from a different company. I believe for $300.00 + that is a big inconvenient mistake.

Mala compra dejo de funcionar a los cuatro meses de uso ya no arranco windows y la lleve a revisar y me divierto que el disco duro ya no servía que estaba dañado y que la marca era desconocida total que tuve que comprar otro disco duro y pagar por el Programa de windows para que vuelva a funcionar la compre para mis hijos para su escuela tareas la verdad me arrepiento de esta compra y hablé a soporte que viene en la página y me dijieron que no tiene Garantia de nada

La pc funciona bien, muy rapida solamente que la publicacion establece viene con mouse y teclado inalambricos, y me enviarion uno alambrico, y no hay manera de reclamar, solo devolviendo todo el producto, no revisan las publicaciones antes de enviar. A los 45 días dejò de funcionar, tras varios intentos encendiò de nuevo, mejor la regresé , no es confiable

¿Quién reacondicionó esta PC? ¿Niños de cinco años o personas de 90 años? El bluetooth no funciona, ni tampoco las entradas HDMI. Estoy muy decepcionado. Tuve que comprar un complemento de bluetooth por $259.00 y un cable VGA por $139.00 (en Amazon.com.mx). Por lo que a mí respecta, me debes $398.
