Favorite multi vitamin stack.

Potent pack of vitamins. Every day, I run for two hours and lift weights. After a few weeks or days without taking vitamins, I slow down, I take take more breaks, I take longer breaks, I have less motivation to do anything at all. I realize I need vitamins. I first found these vitamins at a Vitamin Shoppe once and only once. The odd cereal-like box they came in caught my eye. Sadly, now they’re sold in a more normal-looking package. I can only find them on Amazon occasionally, so they must be hard to manufacture. Whatever the case, these vitamins work. If you take them, I suggest you make sure you do some intense physical exercise. Otherwise you might feel nauseated, uneasy, fidgety. Maybe it’s just me. The only thing I dislike are the individual bags. Sometimes it’s like they rip open by themselves. Then all the vitamins spill out and some get lost.

I like these vitamins cause I feel like I always lose weight when I am on them...they are engineered perfectly for my day to day activities. I try to be active everyday, so the vitamins together with plenty of water and exercise gives me that extra edge I need.

This is a high quality multi pack, it contains chelated minerals (more bioavailable), the A and D is derived from fish liver oil and it has high potencies across the board. Also notice it doesn’t turn your piss nuclear yellow. Healthy n Fit makes great supplements.

Mild negative aftertaste. While I'm happy about taking just one packet of vitamins and minerals a day, the additional cost of having such already separated and reorganized into individual packages is a bit pricy (plus there is no information on the individual pills.)

I take vitamins every morning of everyday. I replaced my other brand for this one and I am really happy with the switch. The only problem I have encounter is that the product is not always available for purchase because they are out of stock.

This is a high quality product, that gives you exactly what you pay for. Easy to swallow and no adverse stomach issues like you get from lesser products. Would recommend.
