I was a bit worried initially reading some of the reviews from people who struggled to sign up to the 12 week plan but I found it all really easy! The 3 month supply of product arrived really quickly and even by itself, it is great value versus buying the single pack product. It came with a leaflet with a QR code to scan, I then entered my email address and started receiving emails from PrecisionBiotics which included some great blogs and recipes. The product itself I have been taking for almost 2 months and already feel so much better. I find myself being able to handle stressful days much better and I’m no where near as tired as I used to be. A few people have mentioned the low level of bacteria and that it’s a single strain probiotics but after doing my research, more doesn’t mean better, Zenflore has a single strain bacterial culture made specifically to target stress and anxiety from the gut. For me, I can already feel it working! I would definitely recommend!

I can't claim to understand the science behind the mind/gut connection but it appears to be "a thing". With that in mind I decided to try a 30 day course of Zenflore after my anxiety issues became difficult to handle (I've been a sufferer of Generalised Anxiety Disorder for 20 years). I have been really impressed with the results and have repurchased. I'd suggest taking the 30 day course and reviewing how your habits and reaction to stress may have altered. For example, Zenflore doesn't prevent the crazy thought train but your physical response to those thoughts will be much improved, with the panic symptoms less severe and easier to rein in. Recovery time afer an episode much improved also. I have found myself making healthier choices, for example, a greater appetite for exercise and diminished alcohol intake. Quite possibly a knock on effect from just having my s**t together, I feel much more balanced, calm and rational. Zenflore has definitely had a holistic effect on my wellbeing and I'd recommend this to anyone. The price may be a little off putting but my experience has been it's worth every penny.

Started taking these capsules and noticed how much calmer I felt within a couple of days. I was impressed, but after a couple of weeks I developed daily headaches. Cut the dose to every other day and this works for me.

Seemed to work initially, when taken daily. Due to the price I tried reducing to one every second day, and noticed no effect at all. It's also hard to know if the actual probiotic culture caused the initial positive effect, or the vitamins added to the capsules. I also have concerns about animal testing, which made me hesitate over trying this product at all. Not a lot of zen in stressing lab animals, IMO! For all these reasons, I've decided not to buy it again.

So at the risk of sharing too much, I have suffered from insomnia since I was a child. I often can't switch off my brain enough to go to sleep when sleep happens it is usual broken, light or interrupted by nightmares and terrors. I have tried many different types of sleeping aids from herbal tablets to hypnotism. (for me any kind of tablet, herbal or prescribed traps me inside my nightmares/terrors and who in their right mind wants that they're not called night terrors 'cause there fluffy) I had accepted nothing would work, this is how my body works. I was recommended Zenflore by my uncle, who could not say enough good things about them. I have to be honest I did not believe him, I was more than sceptical when I purchased the first pack. I thought they were expensive but how much would you pay a good nights sleep. I noticed my sleep improved but there was not a massive difference to me. Honestly I was oblivious to the majority of the change, until I ran out and realised how positive the effect had been on my sleep not to mention my marriage. My husband noticed a tremendous change, no longer was I waking him up with my night terrors. I have noticed, I no longer struggle to go back to sleep once woken and that broken sleep is reduced. The frequency and intensity of my night terrors has reduced, gradually my general sleep is improving and has continued to do so. I have just purchased my 4th pack of Zenflore and I will continue to use them going forward.

This is the second batch of Zenflore and I'm absolutely thrilled by it. I have struggled for what feels like a lifetime with fatigue and sluggishness, I get stressed very easily, or have been. I have been searching for something that is a product that actually contains something good for the system, and this is just that. After a few weeks of taking it, I started to see the benefits as I began to sleep better and was super productive with my days. I used to get to around 3 pm and hit a lull and now that doesn't seem to happen. For someone who is pretty much non-stop in every aspect of life, this is keeping me quite level headed. Stress is a huge area I need to avoid for other health issues and I'm weirdly looking at everything quite objectively! Now, I'm not saying this has stopped me being stressed but it is the only difference in my life since I've become far less stressed, so it must be helping me in some way. As other reviews have said, this is no cure for stress/anxiety etc, but it certainly is helping with this fast paced life we all seem to be living. Huge thumbs up from me :)

Der Inhalt der Verpackung war etwas überraschend - es kam nämlich eine überraschend kleine Dose zum Vorschein. Weniger ist mehr :-) Dafür sind die Tabletten in einer angenehmen Größe zu schlucken. Die Dose und die Anleitung ist verständlich (be-) geschrieben und macht insgesamt einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Die Inhaltsstoffe lesen sich soweit ich das berurteilen kann ziemlich gut bzw. ist nichts dabei was mir Sorgen bereitet. Der aktuelle Berufsstress ließ mich nach einer natürlichen Nahrungsergänzung suchen, die die Auswirkungen lindert und mich fitter macht. Die beworbene Wirkung, stellte sich bei mir nach ca. 1,5 Wochen in Form einer deutlichen Steigerung meiner Leistungsfähigkeit dar. Die zuvorige Schlaffheit/Antriebslosigkeit, insbesondere nach Feierabend wurde spürbar besser. Ich kann das Mittel definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Ich habe bei der Einnahme von Zenflore nicht direkt eine Wirkung „gespürt“, aber so Rückblickend lässt sich sagen: Wenn es eben stressig gewesen ist, war ich deutlich entspannter als ohne die Einnahme von Zenflore. Ist eben eine subjektive Sache... jeder empfindet es anders. Ich kann für mich sagen, dass es sehr wohl einen Effekt hatte!

Nach 3 Monaten ist die versprochene Wirkung ausgeblieben. Bei mir keine Energiesteigerung… Für den Darm mag es gut gewesen sein, aber ich nehm es nicht weiter. Dafür ist es mir zu teuer.

Das Produkt nutze ich mittlerweile seit ca. 3 Wochen (täglich, mit Wasser) und es hat mich uberzeugt! Ich war tagsüber oft müde; fand es manchmal schwierig, abzuschalten. Daher finde ich, dass das Produkt mir hilfreich ist. Merkliche positive Effekten: ich fühle mich jetzt gelassener, weniger erschöpft, und vor allem auch vitaler, welches mir sehr wichtig bei dem wechselnden Wetter ist.

Ich bin sehr positiv überrascht über die Wirkung. Bereits nach ca. einer Woche der Einnahme verspüre ich eine beruhigende Wirkung. Außerdem wirkt es tatsächlich auch auf die Leistungsfähigkeit und Verminderung der Müdigkeit. Ich nehme die Kapsel gleich morgens vor dem Frühstück und kann diese nur empfehlen.
