This product is a game changer! If I’m ever feeling like I’m getting a cold, soar throat or run down I take two Zand Immunity at night. I wake up feeling like I have a burst of energy with a much stronger immune system than the prior night. I have already recommended this product to my family. This is going to be extremely helpful during the cold winter months when common colds and illnesses start popping up - especially with our kids in daycare constantly bringing home germs. After trying this product and being satisfied with the results, I’m going to purchase Zand’s PM version of the product so I can use them together for day and night coverage.

Zand Immunity PM works just as it states! If I feel like I have a cold coming on or just feel run down in the evening hours, I take two of these before bed and I wake up feeling like my body is fighting off whatever was trying to wear me down. I feel rebalanced again! I will definitely be recommending this product to my friends and family so we can all stay healthy during the cold/flu season - and then through whatever else life may bring. I liked the composition of these tablets, and thought this would be a simple way to boost immune support while taking melatonin at night. Unfortunately, 3mg melatonin leaves me groggy the next morning ... way more than my body needs. Granted, this isn’t the 5mg or 10mg dosages that are popping up more often, but really, unless it is a specially stressful time, 3mg is too much. If Zand came out with this combo with 1mg of melatonin, I would eagerly give it a try.

I normally do not take any kind of sleeping aide, but recently I was having trouble slowing down at night and falling asleep. Then the lack of sleep was causing me to get sick more often. When I found these I decided to try them and I am really glad I did. Each night that I take these I found I am ready for bed and quickly fall asleep in about 30 mins or less. Also the pricing for this supplement is pretty fair at the time of purchase it was about 40 cents a night which is less than half the cost of similar supplements. I do worry about taking this supplement every night. I believe that your body will build up tolerances to almost anything if you take it regularly. However, if you do not take it regularly then you lose out on the benefit of the Vitamin-C. Overall I would recommend this for someone having trouble getting to sleep, however I am not sure I would recommend it as a nightly supplement. This is just a personal belief, and in the 30 days that I have used this supplement I cannot say that I built up any tolerance.

I don't take these alone for sleep. I take them with a Natural Stacks product and Calms forte. In fact, I switch up my sleep meds every few bottles, because they only seem to work that long and need to be rotated. But these do seem to provide an extra element of deepness to my sleep. For the price I will keep taking them. Take a copper supplement with them, because you need 1 mg copper for every 10 mg's of zinc.

This is an easy to swallow supplement. It has an ingredient list with dosages of Vitamin C, vitamin D3 and Zinc that are significant. I am interested in supplementing all these at my age. Especially the D3. I do use 2 of these at night, which gives me 3 mg of Melatonin. They do help me sleep. I like the Elderberry and its just an added bonus for me.

I’ve been taking Vitamin C and Zinc during Winter for years, to help strengthen my immune system. Like many others, I take it to reduce the severity of symptoms associated with the common cold and to promote overall wellness. I have to say that I have not found scientific evidence, so I take it just in case. Along with other health measures, like washing my hands regularly, staying vaccinated, wearing masks in public spaces, and more, I’ve stayed healthy thus far. For these reasons, I recommend Zane Immunity Super C+ PM, as long as the recommended dosage and warnings on the label are followed.
