The pastel colors are also so cool and the sizes are standard for all kitchen uses. The bonus point is they have microban protection. As others said, regularly, all plastic boards get knife marks but after two weeks, the marks I see are not bad and doesn't affect cutting. I totally like these boards.

**Q: Will these get knife marks easily and do they stain from food?**
A: Mine does get very faint knife marks- hard to see unless you look closely and it has not been stained by foods that we chop that normally would stain.

**Q: Are these made in USA?**
A: I no longer have the packaging that they came in after months of use, but I'd imagine that it's safe to say.....NO

**Q: how thick is each one?**
A: Not very thick: ~ 1/3 inch. That said, it is very sturdy. Does not move on the counter even though it is lightweight, compared to my previous one. I'm very happy with it. Wipes off easily, doesn't stain. Initially I wished it were a bit larger but I have gotten used to it and am very happy with it.

This is a real board, not thin cutting sheets! They are light, user-friendly, easy to clean and good material. The pastel colors are also so cool and the sizes are standard for all kitchen uses. The bonus point is they have microban protection. As others said, regularly, all plastic boards get knife marks but after two weeks, the marks I see are not bad and doesn't affect cutting. I really like these. I bought this set for my camper and was very pleased with the quality. I like that they fit nicely in a drawer or lay on a shelf without much movement while driving. I used them A LOT on our last trip. Holds up to very sharp knives - no cut marks. Easy to clean too.
