Well, it is compatible, but you likely will need to flash/update the BIOS for the motherboard using another compatible Ryzen cpu for it to work. It probably won't run out of the box. Any of the compatible 400/500 chipsets (like the B450) will not have this issue, to my knowledge.

Would this work with a rtx 3060?

An rtx 3060 ti or equivalent is generally the beefiest gpu you want to use. Anything faster would be bottlenecked by this cpu pretty bad.

is it a 4600h or 4600g? the name says 4600g but the specs say 4600h for some reason, so which is it?
