These shoes are good after a workout.. My husband uses them after a long day of work and after his workouts.. he loves them..

Very poor quality! Do not buy...darts easily fall out of shoe
Product is very poor quality. I lost 10+ darts on my first usage. The make of the shoe should provide 3x the extra darts that comes with the product, or at least sell additional darts on Amazon. They should sell the darts in packs of 100's. I am returning the product and will not buy again. The darts easily fall out and should be, at least, hot glued into the sandal. This product does not even deserve one star.

Painfully but in a good way
I stand for 4 hours straight and feet feel broken after sitting then trying to stand afterwards. This is my 1st day using. It is painful, but when I switch back to normal slides my feet don't hurt as bad. I hope gradually using these they become less painful. Reading other reviews, I am encouraged. Will try to update in a few weeks.
