These are great, but for the price, I was surprised that we have to put the magnets on each nametag ourselves. I would love it if they had less assembly required so they were easier and faster to use.

For whatever reason, this company has decided to make a name tag system that uses proprietary sized labels. Their label size 2.5 x 4. I use the Avery design and print software to make my name tag labels. Of all the labels that are available in that software, there's not one label that can be designed using that size. Granted the description does indicate the label size but I as mentioned in a previous review, there's no way to order additional inserts. The included instructions give procedures on how to create name tags using Microsoft Word. What if someone does not have MS Word? I ordered two sets, and since I opened one, I am going to keep it to use the magnets, the other is going back.

Sorry there was no way to order additional sheets for printing new name tags.

Got instructions inside the box, and they are detailed and useful. Appearance, size, quality, and price are all good. Fit my purpose. Delivery is fast! Will order again.
