The small case is very nice & the color is so cute! The best part is that the inside is silicone so it is slip proof, ensuring that each pill fits & sits securely for cutting. The inside tray is removable to wash/clean without wetting or damaging the blade. It is very easy to clean. The blade is very sharp & cuts precisely. My Mother doesn’t have too much strength in her hands & she is able to use this without applying or using a lot of force. It is safe & my Mother no longer has to be using a knife or trying to snap her pills in half. I highly recommend this product!

Bought this to cut very tiny beta blocker pills. The cutter area allows for pills from extremely small to very large and can accommodate different shapes of pills too. The cutter is very sharp and created a clean cut -no crumbs-with minimal effort. I like the sleek shape and colors offered. The case is versatile. Also has an area to hold pills for travel. I would say the area could hold a days worth of pills depending on how many pills a person takes in a day. It’s good sized but not overly large. I use mine to carry medication when I’m out for dinner. The timing of when I take my medication falls during dinner time and this is a convenient way to handle that issue. I am pleased with this case. Meets my needs perfectly.

I wasn't paying attention to the description but when I opened it up I busted out laughing. It cuts ok, but the bigger pills are harder to cut. I don't think it'll last long as it doesn't seem to take a beating, turning things inserted on it to dust. It's fun to show other sick minded people and catch them off guard. 🤣

I was using this to split large pills (1000mg) .75" length. Works great!! My old pill splitter broke trying to split these. Only real question is how long the blade will stay sharp enough to not splinter the pills. Seems to be a good value for the price.

I really was excited when I ordered this. Not having to physically break my pills is great - however, the first pill was difficult to place and keep in place. I was able to cut it, but it left pill dust which is not acceptable. It was also a struggle to open. Second pill.....had trouble opening the box yet again, however this time I felt a sharp prick on my thumb that felt like someone stabbed me. I started bleeding from the 1/4 inch cut the unprotected razor blade made on my thumb. Took three clotting clothes and three bandaids to make it stop bleeding - I am on blood thinners. Today I wear a bandaid over it so that I can keep it from getting worse. Threw away the cutter immediately - please, save yourself or a child from getting hurt and buy a cutter that has a PROTECTED BLADE!

Very Well made - gives a nice clean cut every time - even with smaller pills. (1/4 “) Opens and closes easily - yet latches securely. Love the extra storage area for additional pills. Bonus: it’s super cute - esp the black/pink combo.

This would be great for bigger pills. Small pills it does not cut well. It breaks them into unusable pieces.

Needed a pill cutter that would cut super small pills, and this pill cutter did the trick perfectly! It's sharp but safe to use for adults (I wouldn't let a kid play with it as the blade is open in the top). I also love that it has a rubber insert that can be removed and washed. Absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend!
