At first glance the shoes are cute but unfortunately that’s where it ends. When I open the box I noticed it had a set of lights attached to a battery pack tucked inside. I checked the amazon site and realized that it said it came with replacement lights. These shoes are not like regular light up shoes that light up as the child walks. They have a button switch that is pressed by the child’s heal. It’s on a timed system so it doesn’t shut off right away. Because of this we only got one or two wears before the lights died. Now we were tasked with having to swap the lights out with the replacement pair. The photo instructions that were sent made it look like you just need to take out the insole, pull the old lights out, put the new lights in and replace the insoles. As you can see by the photos, I had to pull the lights out in pieces with pliers as they glued the original lights into place. I want able to completely remove all the wiring and lights.Not convenient at all.I wish I wouldn’t have allowed my excitement to get the better of me. I should have paid closer attention to the details.

Excellent shoes! I couldn't tell if these were girl or boy shoes so I said what the heck and just got them because they matched my husband's shoes. Got these for our son for me and my husband's wedding to match his father's gold shoes. They were so cute. Our 1 year old son has big feet so we went a size up. I will try to post pics. Please excuse the blurriness.

I wish I would have taken a picture before throwing these in the trash. The absolute worst shoe I have ever bought. Save yourself the money and headache and buy something else. I bought these because they were light up shoes and they were sparkly. They lit up the first day and never again. Day 3 a patch of the glitter wore off, about day ten, several patches worn off and the shoe is starting to split apart at the seams. Day 30ish the sole splits apart while running and down she goes. Mind you, she has probably worn them 10 times in the 30 days. The only thing that will bring comfort at this point is you reading this review and buying something else instead. You are welcome.

When these shoes arrived I was so thrilled, I just knew my daughter was going to love them. They come with extra light inserts to replace the old ones when they burn out which I thought was pretty neat. Well, within 2 hours of use the shoes stopped lighting up so I can see why they give you replacements. After 1 school day of wearing them the shoes look like she's been wearing them for months. The seams are fraying, the soles are worn down and chunks of glitter are missing in patches on top of them no longer lighting up. Definitely not worth the money spent in my opinion.

First thing to note, I am writing for the toddler who wears these shoes. I would like to start with the fact that I love, love, love these shoes. Never before have I had such an incredibly versatile pair of kicks. They're slip on, so in a moment's notice I can go from wearing socks to being completely ready to roll out the door. No fussing, no tying. BAM, I am good to go!! Next, the bottoms flash different colors so YOU WILL see me coming. Night time, even better. All eyes on me, all eyes on me! They are perfect for hanging around the house doing nothing but feasting my eyes on their glittery goodness while stomping my tootsies to indulge the senses in the light show coming from their lower places. I can go play in the yard and let the ants and various bugs run for cover as they are alerted about the deadly menace heading their way by the glaring sun hitting their eyes from the insane reflection the glitter casts. I can cut quite a rug because they have the look of boogie shoes while maintaining the comfort of tennis shoes. Or, I can just stare at their beautiful, girly pinkness and it fills me with a calming happiness I have never felt until these shoes were delivered. So much versatility in one product. Thank you. This is the worse workmanship ive witnessed in a product in a long time. My granddaughter wore these shoes approximately lo times over a 3 week period. The glitter fell off in several places; the toe section came lose from the body n the lights never did work. I wAnt to return to Amazon but have no UPS available. We purchase alot of products from Amazon with good results. This is not one of them.

The media could not be loaded.  I ordered two pairs. Both were really misshaped. They came squished together in a box that was way too little with a ball of wires & lights. I guess you're suppose to install those yourself...??? I'm very disappointed in this purchase & will be returning these for a refund
