Best I've ever used
I swear by this stuff. I had just moved into a new house and the master bath shower couldn't keep up with just the basic flow of a shower, always collected an inch or so of water. Ran this stuff down the drain, let it soak for 24hrs, dumped a bucket of hot water down and whala - good as new. Prior owner is a friend and he said that drain hadn't worked that well from day one!

No more smell!
This stuff is great! Really works at clearing up stinky sink odor. I use it to clear up the stink that comes up from the sink in the kitchen. I also regularly clean out the pipes under the sink but don’t want to have to do that all the time. One bottle should last around 8 uses, unless you use it liberally. Keeps the smell at bay for about 1-2 weeks, which I think is fair for the price. I make this part of my sink cleaning/maintenance. The only catch is you have to let it sit overnight so make sure no one will be running the sink. This is just for clearing up odors and keeping your pipes clean, not for clearing clogs.Smells good but not over powering. It has a sweet smell and looks a lot like punch, so I would really caution having this around young kids.Overall, great product to have in your arsenal when natural remedies like baking soda and such aren’t cutting it anymore.

Worked well for me, and also smells pretty. Who doesn't want a pretty-smelling sink?
I've only used it once -- on the kitchen sink (both the disposal side and the other side). Sink was backing up intermittently, and after a particularly slow drain one evening, I poured this in and let it set overnight. The next morning, I poured in boiling water... that was a few weeks ago, and things are still moving right along. It's like a laxative for your sink!

The only thing that's worked
I typically never write Amazon reviews, but had to for this product. I've had an odd smell coming out of my garbage disposal for the past week. Tried everything under the sun to get rid of it. Disinfectant, baking soda, vinegar, citrus peels, and two different products from Walmart. This is the last thing I was going to try before calling a plumber. I'm thrilled that this finally got the smell out and saved me needing to pay to have someone come to the house.

Not Practical for My Household.
I love the idea of enzymatic cleaners but some things haven't changed.1. They are cumulative in their effect, meaning that you should use them daily for a while to get good bacteria eating action.2. You do only get 4 uses out of a 32oz bottle.I do love the smell but the daily dump of food down the disposal seems to overwhelm the 8oz of "Refresh" that I dropped in the night before. During the day is when I want a fresh smelling and clean disposal but once I start my day, the smell is gone. This is essentially true for all deodorizers but the difference is that when I need a nice smelling drain NOW, I can drop in a deodorizer that doesn't have to have a quiet sink overnight.I can suggest refresh as part of an more long term "get healthy pipes" but if you need to apply to every drain in your house at 8oz a shot, you're going to need a bigger bottle, much bigger!

Seems to do the trick
This product seems to work just fine... I use it more as a preventative measure, but so far, so good

Pediatric Ingestion Concern
Although the product functioned as desired, as a retired physician, I am concerned that packaging such an attractively smelling and appearing product in a clear plastic bottle with no safety closure or warnings invites obviously unintended pediatric ingestion. I strongly urge those who package and market this product to carefully review this risk with the help of expert consultants and improve the product safety.
