I purchased the Fullicon Pill Cutter for my cat, to cut veterinary prescribed tablets into two equal halves for a morning and evening dose over a four-week period — so it had a good daily workout. Once out of the packaging, the instructions recommend rinsing and washing before use, which I did. The unit has a couple of different sized pill holders, allowing you to find the best fit for your tablet to ensure a clean and accurate cut. I found this worked well and held the tablet securely in place. The key tip I would pass on is to use a firm, single cutting motion — this seemed to ensure a consistently clean cut each time. In terms of cleaning, I washed it weekly during use as there was some dust build-up in and around the pill holder, but it cleaned easily and presented no hygiene concerns. After four weeks of daily use, build quality remained solid with no issues whatsoever. Overall, a well-made and practical product that did exactly what I needed. I would recommend it to anyone needing to split tablets cleanly and accurately, whether for a pet or for personal use.

I'm starting to get arthritis in my thumbs so I'm unable to break tablets in half with my hands like I used to. Most other pill cutters ended up crushing the tablet, shattering it, or breaking it into uneven pieces. Because this one holds the tablet in place, it gets broken evenly and doesn't shatter...for the most part. There have been a few times when the tablet has broken into extra pieces, but it usually been one half that broke into two bits. For me, this is fine because I use this to cut up my dog's medication to the correct dose and then crush it into a powder to mix into his food. Since my hands are weaker, I have a bit of an issue opening the thing once I've cut the tablet as it tends to close quite securely. A few pieces of tape over the bottom catch stops it from clipping in as well. It's not perfect, but it works better than the others I've tried and I can live with the flaws.

Great idea to have different templates, and it has many options. I wanted on this occasion to cut a pill meant for humans but one that my cat's vet dispensed as there is a stock issue with her usual brand. The pill is oblong and already has a cut line to in the middle to cut it in half, but I need only a quarter. There isn't any template for that, so I adapted one of the smaller templates, it sort of works. I am throwing some of the pill away because it isn't precise enough, and some pieces are coming up too big. I have to say, though, this pill does seem extra crumbly, so I take the piece that looks the nearest to a quarter. I think the cutter is ok. It is a bit fiddly, but I'm happy with it.

best fun ever! I sometimes want to just cut a paracetamol or the sake of it! great sharp black. excellent position ng line and what I love is that I can do a stock of split pills and they sit perfectly in the cutter as it has a 'tray'. cheap plastic but doing a great job.

I try to cut a large tablet into 4 . The template is not large enough for the tablet so it does not cut cleanly .The half tablet does not fit and consequently the quarters are not accurate. This would be ok for smaller tablets.However it is easier than using a knife as all the bits are contained in the box.

Excellent Cutter. Would highly recommend this product. I have struggled to cut tables with other cutters but this cutter has shapes to fit and hold the tablet so halving a tablet is perfectly divided . I have already recommended the product to a good friend. Also very fast delivery

It’s fairly simple and straightforward to use. I needed it to cut very small tablets in half and it worked well for me. It’s good value and able to cut different sized and shaped pills using the different inserts. It is quite sturdy and is accurate once you get the hang of it.

Doesn't cut cleanly or cut into quarter on its own as shown in pictures, not very good quality. False advertising.

Works perfectly for those tiny little 25mg pills that the veterinarian wants me to cut in half to 12.5mg for my cat. Plenty of different silicon molds to hold pills of various sizes. Put the proper mold into the cutter and put the pill to be cut into the proper slot, slowly push down the cutting lever, and bingo perfect cut. I figure just don't slam the cutting blade down and you will get perfect cuts even when the blade begins to dull and wear down.

I have tried other types of pill splitters but this one is by far the best. I have two animals that need tiny pills. One needs to be cut in half, the other in quarters. The silicone pads will fit most pills I'm sure. Just find one that keeps the pill snug in place and close the lid. The cutter is protected so you don't need to worry about cutting yourself. For the one I had to cut in quarters, I just rotated after the first cut. Every pill was cut cleanly. Other products have never done that for me. You also get a small pill storage container and one for the silicone pieces. I always read reviews before buying and I find it interesting some reviews said it was a terrible product. Frankly, this piece is a great value and will do exactly what you need it to. Not too expensive and worth every penny.
