Apply Carplay now works in my 2016 F-150 Platinum
This USB Hub module fit my 2016 Ford F-150 Platinum perfectly. It was a very quick and easy to swap out with the old module. Now Apple Carplay works perfectly in my truck! Excellent!

Works great, just remove old one install and you have car play. Already had Sync 3.0, so no need to upgrade! Installation was very easy.

Do not waste your money
Wish I could give 0 stars. Installed this hub and we couldn’t get the CarPlay to show up. Finally took it to a Ford dealership after struggling for too long with it. Ford looked up part number and told us part was NOT compatible with Apple CarPlay. Will be returning.

CarPlay works again!
I bought this USB hub for my Ford F-150 after Apple CarPlay stopped working, and this ended up being the perfect solution. Installation was extremely easy and required no tools at all—just pop the old one out, plug in the two wiring connectors in the back, and snap the new hub in place. The whole install took about 5 minutes. CarPlay immediately started working again with no issues. If you’re having USB or CarPlay problems in your F-150, this is an easy and affordable fix that works exactly as advertised.

Bought this to get Apple Car Play in my 2016 Ford F150 XLT Supercrew cab. Works great and was a perfect fit for my truck. haven't had any issues and lots of power to charge my iPhone quickly. Installation took minutes. 100% would recommend for anyone wanting car play.

It works! I got apple car play on my 2016 f150 lariat. I had my sync updated to 3.0, plugged the old one out and the new one in. However It was a little tough to pop it out even with trim tools but, I highly recommend it. Definitely a step up from the standard sync software.
