I hear wonderfully. The volume works, and the mute is so good it stays on! Yea no one can hear me even with the mute off. Update: they were very gracious and sent out a replacement, works wonderfully! Think I just got an off one.

Used it as a replacement cord for my gaming headset and it worked for 2 days before the mic was permanently muted after I turned it on and off. My friends also said that my audio was letting off a loud squelching sound the first day I used it. I think all of the problems stem from the noticeably cheap mute device in the middle of the cord. It’s annoying that consumers have to resort to cheap replacement cords because Logitech doesn’t offer replacements.

It worked for my G Pro X headset. Works as expected

I had someone accidentally break my headset cable, found this with fast shipping and known compatibility. I am back up and running. The cable functions as anticipated on first use. Mic works fine, controls work fine. Fits as well as the original. Price is fair. Shortcomings are in build quality. The mute button rattles incessantly when not slid to the mute position. I may see if I can fix this by shimming the button. No clip like the factory one so the cable tends to get pulled leading to some noise through the ear cups and the inline controls are not always pinned to a known location. I would give this a 3.5. Not as nice as the factory cable but it is working in a pinch, and for that I am thankful.

It works like it suppose too. I'll come back and update my review if the switch goes out as fast as the original one.

It does it job but I have a couple of problems with it. The volume control wheel on it can be triggered super easily compared to the oem connector. Some times I’d have to play around with the volume wheel so that the balance is correct on the headphones. For example I’d have to slightly lower the volume and then push it all the way up for the audio balance to be restored. Core length ie perfect imo however there are times where you’d think it was too long. Every now and then I’d accidentally get the cable wrapped around the chair arm wrest and while I’m immersed gaming and move the chair it would just easily disconnect from the headset. (Most likely just user error but worth mentioning still) It’s still working and has lasted for the past couple of years. I’d say I got what I paid for and it’s would work as a quick replacement option.

I bought this cable hoping it would fully work with my setup, but unfortunately it didn’t. I could hear audio just fine, but the microphone would not work at all no matter what I tried. I double-checked settings and connections and still couldn’t get the mic to register. It might work for some people, but it didn’t do what I needed it to do. Disappointing overall.
