Purchased this product twice. On both occasions the black cubes (30-40lbs) had started to deteriorate within just a couple of weeks eventually leading to an imminent structural collapse (breaking into smaller pieces) rendering units useless.Buyer be aware!

These items have a good design and that there is increasing challenge to allow for progressive adaptations. Their placement towards the posterior aspect of the mouth as opposed to devices that allow biting with the anterior teeth is crucial as it applies the pressure to the correct teeth given their functions. They also have a grooved section which allows for comfortable placement of the blocks. The individual cases are also nice to make them portable while keeping them clean. Where they fail is specifically in their construction as you can see in the images of the blue and the red block, both of them have split. This is from using the blocks only for a couple weeks for each and only intermittently about two to three times a week. For that reason I would say using a design with this device is a good idea but this brand is specifically a poor choice due to the quality of the build.

This is the first time I have tried this product ohaamr they make it quite beautifully and there is no smell at all it helps my jaw muscles become firmer and more unruly it has 4 levels but I think the first level is more than enough but if If you want to practice quickly, you can use the next levels
