I've taken this product for many years. It does seem to relax my tension headaches.

Excellent Product!
These work nearly as well as Excedrin Extra Strength with Aspirin, Acetaminophen and Caffiene. I have to use these now that I am older because too much aspirin thins my blood and I bleed easily. Good alternative. The Caffiene seems to speed it to the area of pain. Before I did not like using Acetaminophen alone as it did not do a lot for Migraines or pain but the combination of 2 x 500mg and 65mg of Caffiene to well enough most of the time.

We have been house hunting and in the process of buying after selling and my stress has been theough the roof. Advil wasn't touching my headache that was there every single day. Even sleep wasn't helping. Finally gave in and ordered this....woke up with the headache still, took 2 of these....within TEN MINUTES I could feel the headache leaving. Strong, effective, quick relief!
I am no stranger to headaches or migraines. I've sought relief my whole life. Excedrin Tension Headache is my go-to! It contains caffeine. The caffeine does the heavy lifting. It will keep you up all night, so avoid taking close to bed. Stay hydrated while taking these. Don't take these on an empty stomach. These will relieve tension quick, but they can give you new symptoms or make you feel worse if you aren't careful. Eat, drink, and enjoy!
