Excellent serrano sauce for those who like a bit of a lower spice level and some "green pepper" flavor. Heat level is not too bad but I like my sauce to have a bit more.

This sauce is brilliant, it’s not too hot and actually has a complex flavour. It’s a little but acidic and goes really well with eggs in shape or form.

This stuff is genuinely great. Both spicy and yet refreshingly cool with the cucumber flavor. I even use it on salads. Unique and worth trying.

Ummm wow, where to begin. This stuff is delicious. I'm hooked. I was an occasional hot sauce consumer previously. Now, I put Yellowbird on almost everything. Serrano is my favorite since I can't handle tons of spice like Ghost Pepper. I also enjoy the Jalapeno flavor. This goes great on eggs, grilled cheese sandwiches, grilled chicken, pot roast, pizza, tacos, etc, etc. Also, I love the clean ingredient list. I was shocked recently when I read the ingredient list on a Hoy Fung Sriracha bottle. Couldn't pronounce the names of half the ingredients. I landed on Yellowbird after some hot sauce exploration. It was by far the best hot sauce during my sampling. Flavorful and the right level of spice. I highly recommend this stuff. You'll be happy you tried it.
