I love that it is all natural and I don't have to worry about toxic ingredients going in my armpits. It's definitely not anti-perspirant, though, so expect some sweat. But it seems to take care of the smell better than standard deodorants I've used in the past. And no residue or staining on clothes. Plus this lasts much longer, is more environmentally friendly, and MUCH better on my skin and body overall. I expect to be a lifelong customer. HOW I APPLY IT: BEFORE getting dressed I get it wet with cold water, rub on one pit, then rinse with cold water before rubbing on the other pit, then rinse one more time before putting it back in its holder. I also do this before I get dressed just because I personally don't like getting my clothes wet since there is a little water residue from rinsing the stone.
