Will this cut through cement?

It is possible to cut concrete with hard stones in it. Safe to do. slow process going this way. Try using water with it so the blade lasts longer. plan to go through a bunch of blades. This does cut grout joints which is soft concrete.Will also cut hardy backer board beautiful. It is a bit rough on the stones with the coarse chips. The other brands with carbide chips cuts stone cleaner. These last longer. Don't gum them up. High hand pressure will only burn them out fast. Some materials cut faster at slower oscillating speed. Always do a test.

Would this work for etching (address numbers) into a rock/stone?

I would think you could do it but you’ll need a steady hand and the numbers need to be relatively large. Some types of rock may be difficult to cut.

I can't confirm that but I can tell you that the ones I got would not cut much of anything. We needed to cut some tile and it would not even make a dent.
