I ordered the L/XL size and they fit perfectly this past month; only now are they starting to feel a little big around my legs and bum (my butt is perfectly average-sized). I will probably order the smaller size going forward as I start to get smaller :) These are very comfortable - they hold in the extra belly skin while hitting well above the belly button (and thus well above the cesarean incision). I think these would be nice following a vaginal delivery too - since they hold in one’s belly they are flattering under clothes, and they are great for holding the pads required after either type of delivery. These wash and dry great - I wash on the normal cycle in a small garment bag and either dry on medium heat or air dry if I have time. I have been living in these the past month and washing them constantly, and so far have not noticed any issues! I highly recommend these panties! The only downside is there is definitely a VPL (visible panty line) under leggings and yoga pants, but that’s the least of one’s worries when you have a newborn.
