This vest seeks to improve a basketball player's shooting, passing & dribbling skills by correcting bad habits, known and unknown to the athletes. Works best for kids 7-17, parents looking for affordable alternatives, and Basketball trainers as an aid. ARM SLEEVE Positioned in the front of the vest is designed for Ambidexterity training. The athlete places the stronger arm in the sleeve restraining it from moving and allows the weaker arm to gain strength & ability giving the player confidence and familiarity in the weaker arm. D-RINGS That are Positioned in the front and the rear of the Vest make it possible for each athlete to practice front and behind the back dribbling when the resistance bands are connected to them. Resistance bands are used for front dribbling exercises. They allow the athlete to dribble within the radius of the body for proper distribution and receipt of the ball. Also while performing certain repetitious exercises the bands provide the arms with strength training. When not wearing the vest, muscle memory takes effect allowing the athlete to play just as they have practiced. SHOOTING COMPONENT ARM STRAPS RESISTANT BAND The shooting component first starts with the armstraps positioned on the upper arm above your right and left elbow. Once that is achieved tighten the Velcro so the Arm Straps will remain in place and adjust the resistance bands so that neither elbow is sticking out. This ensures that the shooting form is being practiced properly. This prevents not forming poor shooting habits based on improper form. Available in small, medium, and large sizes.
