Game changer to your yoga practice. I had an excellent mat before, but always had to use a yoga towel because my hands always end up slipping halfway through practice. This Liforme mat gives me perfect stability and no slipping no matter how sweaty I get. The red color is so fun and energizing, and a nice change to all the other liforme mats I see at class. Plus who doesn’t love having a dog symbol on their mat! Oh and the carrying bag is a nice bonus too. The only thing I will say is it’s a lot less cushy and it’s more firm when lying on the mat in comparison to other mats... but you adjust pretty quickly.

Best yoga mat ever!!I have tried everything from lululemon, Mandela, Guam, PrAna...etcNone compare to this mat for ease, comfort, sweat, non slipping, looks etc. everything you’re looking for in a yoga mat is in this mat. I will never use another mat again.

Everyone had Liforme mats at my old studio (I'm a yoga teacher). They truly are the best for hot yoga - they soak up everything so you don't even need a towel, and are still tacky enough to not be too dry. They are also thick and comfortable on the knees. The only down fall is that they are heavy.I got this one for my boyfriend and he loved it. the color and gold foiling are beautiful. He doesn't practice much, but it has held up very well over the past year.I have an orange one, and it has definitely gotten discolored over the years where my feet normally are. They soak up water so fast they can be hard to clean. but I still love it.

I got this about a year ago! I love the alignments however I was tell the wear is happening! I wiped it and it scratched it up so kinda upset about it! Overall though it’s a good mat, a little heavy, I will say that you aren’t going to slip on this mat but if you do hot yoga like myself your feet will make some odd noises lol other than that planning on getting my aunt one for her birthday! Oh also expect people to want to ask you about it and possibly feel it to see if they want one

Early days of the mat: I sweat a lot and the grip with this mat is amazing! I like the hand and feet placement lines. The lines help to ensure consistency in placement.Being a tall guy too, I find that the mat doesn’t move around on the floor. I’ve had mats from other brand that had moderately similar grip but would move too much on the floor. I bought the companion cleaner and I dry the mat over my shower bar after each practice.

This is my favorite mat for yoga. I had a black liforme I got for Christmas last year took it on vacation this summer and left it. I tried going back to my old gaim mat but after having a liforme it just wasn’t good enough anymore. It’s like flying coach after you’ve experienced first class. For me I love that the liforme is a little bigger giving me more room for my practice. The weight and thickness are also key so that it doesn’t move around doing buti yoga and supports my joints. I also practice hit yoga and I never slip. For me the liforme is the best mat all around. I had to order a new one since I practice six days a week and my gaim just wasn’t meeting my standards anymore. It seems that everyone has black mats now so I love the red color of the dog mat. I’m a dog mom and my birth year is also the year of the dog so I had to have this mat. I absolutely love it!
