I'm in the Music industry, and I have to keep myself glammed up, as I'm often photographed, have to get up on stage, & I do my music news broadcasts. To this end, I have a big, rolling, 5-part, professional makeup case ( I own 2 that I bought on Amazon, and LOVE them!!!) full to bursting, in addition to several other boxes & cases full of makeup. Most of my makeup is of the quite pricey category, including: M.A.C., Urban Decay, Kat Von D, etc. However, I've tried more than a few brands like AFFLANO: unknown, cheap, & from China. Because the colors look vibrant, promise unique effects, or my glass-half-full heart believes that this time it will be a different outcome. Yet I end up throwing away about 85-90% of what I've bought, for the same reasons that I bought them! The colors are dull, the "unique effect" doesn't work in the real world, or they're just plain useless, because: they're sticky, or they don't stick to them skin even with primer & foiling technique, or worse yet, they ruin my skin (making it dry, oily, break out, blister, or swell up like a painful balloon!) So I was VERY skeptical when I saw AFFLANO's ad, but since they weren't too expensive, I decided to pick one up- and I've been addicted ever since! I would put these in the same category as Jeffrey Star's pallets. The consistency is silky, like a slippery talc powder, the colors rich, deep, & some seem to be almost 3D because of the mixture of the colors that they've used as well as the type of powder: matte, shimmer, etc., & with a primer (I use Urban Decay,) they stay on and vibrant all day! I've become SO enamored with these palettes that I've been buying them one after the other! I've got thousands of dollars worth of makeup, so my husband - who is the Love Of My Life, not because he indulges me, but the fact that he DOES support of my liittle hobby of collecting MANY different kinds of makeup and enjoying using my face as a canvas for my art- is certainly endearing! This is my 3rd palette, I now have the green, purple, & blue. I've also found another seller on here selling sets of 3 coordinating colors, which goes with these palettes perfectly. Most of all, I'm excited because I've found that there are more AFFLANO palettes, such as 2 different types of white-black palettes, 2 different red bora be palettes (available from other sellers,) that I'm going to get after I buy the white/pink/red palette! These are WORTH the price, + more! This is a little hidden gem that you just CAN'T let pass you by!!

WOW I barely tapped the top of it to try it and it is SO BRIGHT!!! the black and red are very matte which I personally like, the glitter pigments are PURE glitter (again perfect.) this pallate is actually so good I was not expecting it to be as nice as it is. Pretty colors, and reasonable wear time. The pigments have mediocre saturation. They're not waxy or chalky like the sets you get on clearance, so that's a plus, but it takes some effort to see the colors pop. I can't see the sparkle in the darker colors at all when on my eyes, but that's ok - I need darker for the outside corners and they check the box. You'll need a few passes to get the saturation you see in the pic, and even then it may not stay that vibrant. Yes, I used eyelid primer. I'm in my 50s so I don't go too vibrant, anyway, so for moderate tones this is a very pretty palette. If you want to really pop, this may not be enough pigment to meet your needs.

Beautiful colors

These colors are what I need! I was sad though to see the dark green color crushed and shedding through the packaging. I am sure that happens through shipping, but still unfortunate.

Love it. Just love it! Pigmented, blendable, buildable and has staying power. Can't ask for more!

very good quality eyeshadow for cheap stuff on amazon, ive used this for a while and it definitely doesnt run out fast. sometimes it comes off quickly but i dont use setting spray and im very amateur at makeup so that might be on me. its pretty easy to put on, i literally just use my finger and blending always goes well. its a moderate size that is good to travel with, and i love how it looks if youre going for a goth or emo look

Si lo que buscas son grises y plateados. Los colores de esta paleta pigmentan muy bien y tiene una variedad de tonos mates y brillantes muy buena.

Hier hab ich absolut nichts zu meckern: - Gut pigmentiert - einfach zu verteilen - hält mit Lidschattenbase gut und rutscht nicht in die Lidfalten - Einfach zu entfernen - keinerlei allergische Reaktionen - vernünftiger Preis Ich hab ewig nach vernünftigen Rottönen bei Lidschatten gesucht, hier habe ich sie gefunden.

They're pretty, pigmented and true reds. The colors definitely complement each other. Can't go wrong with the price nor pigment. The black did a leave a little bit of a stain but I only used a baby wipe to remove it. I'm sure micellar water would do a better job. Excited to use this pallete for new eye looks.
