I bought a medium. It fits as described. I bought a similar one from another manufacturer, I had to return it as it was way oversized. This one is comfortable and should adequately address my ulnar tendinitis.

Effective! Stays well in place. I get a little roll back at the top of the elbow, but dont have a long issue with compression because of that.

Pictures show a elbow (clip) support, did not get it. Ad should be clearer, about what you get/don't get.

I have small arms so I bought the small size but it feels really tight and if I wear it long enough, my hand starts feeling a little numb so I take it off. Maybe I should have bought 1 size bigger but I used their measurement table and that's how I arrived at the size small. I'll give it a few more days and if my hand keeps getting numb then I will have to get a bigger size. Otherwise, shipping was fast and it's priced well.
