You will get a lot of laughs for sure.

Fits most adults, some more snug than others.. they have glasses temples ( arms) that are rubberized so they are actually very comfortable for longer term wear.

Do these have lenses that make your eyes look bigger? Goofy? I hope you know what I mean.

No they do not make the eyes appear larger, but they are quite goofy. They are pretty well made. We used them for Minion costumes.

Is the back part a band that goes around your head or is it glasses that rest on your ears?

These are like glasses that rest on your ears. I guess when I bought these I didn't look close enough. I wanted a band like real goggles have. I plan on returning mine.
