Q: Does it fit a door with 3mm thickness please?

I’ve fitted it on mine just need to make sure the bolts are not too long

Q: Can this be installed on a uPVC door?

It depends on the security of the door if it’s a standard PVC door then it’s a bit more work cutting the hole but it can be done if it a higher security one there may be problems cutting as well as whether your insurance will accept the adjustment you make as you could essentially weaken part of the structure

Q: Is this a microchip cat flap ??

No but has a lock so you can keep cats in/out.

Q: Is it alarm proof? And can an XL bully fit through it?

It’s not alarm proof and does not read chips. It can be locked though to keep your cat in and others out. One of our cats is large which is why we bought this and he fits through it quite comfortably. We use this on an internal door though and I would recommend one which reads chips for an outer door.
