I bought these to use for my remote job. They work amazing and sound quality is always 100%. Just a heads up they are not Bluetooth but can use USB or headphone jack. They do not hurt my ears after 7 hours of use. I would recommend!

Overall, the Quantum 610 Wireless are pretty great for a wireless headset. They connect seamlessly to the PC dongle whenever I turn them on and the software is actually pretty comprehensive, simple and useful. My only real complaints are the size and depth of the ear cups. The pads are not deep enough even for my small ears, so my ears do rest on the driver casing. I'm currently looking for for thicker pads that could both solve the depth problem as well as possibly increase soundstage and bass extension. Also, when operating wirelessly on its own battery, the headphones do appear to cut off at 15kHz rather than the 20kHz as advertised. I figure this is possibly at result of a lack of power? Bass is quite clear and "punchy", but it can feel muffled as the small earcups smoosh your earlobes. With larger pads, I imagine the bass will feel tighter and full. These are mostly nitpicks, but as I have medium to small sized ears, this might be a deal breaker for some. If you have giant ears, check out the Philips SHP9500S. Those things are amazing for the price and are super comfortable. Plus, you can easily add an in-line boom mic cable to its 3.5mm connector to make it an awesome wired headset.

The sound is really good! Its really easy to set up on your computer, and the Bluetooth connects really fast. There is an app you can download to customize the sound settings (the app also tells you when your headset needs an update). Maybe my voice is too soft, but I had to turn up the sensitivity on my microphone to pick up my voice more consistently. From what my friends say, the mic quality is crisp and clear. The charge lasts a good time, and you can charge the headset while you use it. The only problem I've had so far is that the cable broke after 2 months (just stopped charging), but I was able to get a new cable shipped to me free of charge from Harman Audio/JBL. Didn't have to send anything back.

I've had this headset since November. The audio quality is decent, as is the microphone, but it's nothing exceptional. Compared to my prior $50 wireless headset I'd be hard pressed to find much difference. The quality overall though leaves much to be desired. Where my prior lasted me a few years before significant wear and tear accumulation this headset is already fit to be replaced. Cushions are falling apart, the boom for the mic is loose. The charging port is loose and unless the cable is in there just right it won't charge. It used to be good for 2-3 days of use on a charge it's already down to about 12 hours of use. The cups don't breathe very well. Overall, really disappointed in JBL for this one. They used to be considered an upper mid tier product. A solid standby brand that offered good performance. Now? It's a waste and ready for the trash. Given it's quality and price, you can easily and readily do better.

I use these in the office and they’re awesome. Extremely comfortable, I can wear them for hours (stupid back-to-back Zoom meetings). They block out ambient noise nicely which is welcome when you work in an open office space. Minor annoyance: you have to install the software which if you’re using them for work means you might have to involve your IT department. I have to watch the volume control after I’ve not used them for a while; I’ll get a phone call and my volume is set to 0 (hello, can you hear me now?). All in all, I’m very pleased.

A little tight on my head, but I know they will wear in. They sound great the microphones decent. I don’t really use it because I have a different microphone I use for gaming, but the sound quality is fantastic and I have no complaints. I had the same ones, but the wired version so I know that they are awesome. Definitely worth it.

These sound awesome, my last set was Astro a10. It was time for an upgrade Thought I'd get myself wireless this time and didn't want to break the bank, Gotta love black Friday deals. I'm hearing things in ark raiders I didn't know I was missing. Black ops 6 sound is awesome as well Snug fit But the pads are soft. Haven't tried the app yet. I'm using them for ps5
