The acrylic box cam nicely packaged to protect it from scratches. I use it to keep momentos of my pup who passed in November of 2021. I put in his scarf, collar, pictures, paw print and a small lock of his fur. It’s deeper than a typical shadow box. I used my Cricut to cut his name and date of passing out in vinyl and adhered to the front.I like the fact I am able to open up the box and rearrange the contents as I see it. It’s a bit pricey at $21 at time of this review but seems worth it for something you are going keep for a long time.

I actually got this for the purpose of using it as a memory box for my late grandmother who just passed away earlier this year. I had a smaller one but it wasn't doing the job so I ended up getting this one and it works perfectly. The little leaf design is cute and works well because I put her photo in the center of it so it's accentuated and pops. I also put her obituary, photos of her, as well as some of her jewelry and other trinkets in it. It is sturdy and holds everything well. You could easily use this for putting in like your child's hospital clothes or footprints, but you could use it for anything because it's a generic white with a very simple embossed pattern on the front. It is $29 at the time of review which seems just a little high for a shadow box personally, but given the dimensions and how solid it is I can't complain too much. Especially because other shadow boxes are even more expensive than this one. I like it and it suits Grandma well. You can hang it or leave it on a table for display.

This is a very nice memory box. It is smaller than all the other ones that I have for my older children at only 8" x 8" x 3" (it's about the size of my outstretched hand, I'll add a pic), but there is still a lot of space to keep special mementos. The plastic/acrylic is thick and a nice quality. The clear top slides in and out easily (there is a little indentation to assist with this). I like that you can personalize it and see-thru the top at what is contained within.The printed white wreath is well done. The acrylic box comes nicely packaged in a nice outer cardboard box that is appropriate for gifting. That outer cardboard box is the only thing that gives the indication this is a "baby memory box." The acrylic box within could be used for anything - it would equally work well for a wedding (or other) memory box.
