Great for adding a cable pull to a power rack
Used these pulley parts (along with a few other parts) to add a cable pull to a power rack. The single pulley was mounted on the side of the power rack. The double pulley was mounted at the top. They work great! I use them daily.

Well made
Using it and another one I plan on buying for doing back and tricep routines on a homemade weight frame that i have. It's well made and I am sure it will hold the weights I need to use.

Why didn't I think of this sooner?
Ever since I started working out at home and building my personal home garage gym, I had put together a Power Squat Rack Cage to also do as many pulley exercises as possible. I had googled ways to do this and finally ended up just attaching a puley wheel to the top of rack cage using a nylon strap with an attached pulley and cable. However, I soon grew so frustated that the strap setup would cause the plates piled onto a weight loading pin to swing too much than I would have liked. So, finally, after the last year of trying different hacks I found on Youtube to reduce swining, I finally found this fixed pulley wheel that I could attach to the top of my rack, and it substantially reduced the swinging of my weights. It would swing so much before that it would either hit the back of the rack or hit me.....both of which were not ideal. But now, I can do a good workout with almost no swinging of the weights at all. I am really so happy I found this, and can finally workout properly. It is solidly made, smooth turning, and firmly stays put where I need it to be....perfect for what I need it for.

Not bad
It works but it is not straight so I have to angle it where I put it.

Great Idea, Mediocre Execution
I purchased two of these because I wanted to be able to do cable flies. The one sided swivel with the other side fixed is perfect for this. I've used several of these types of pulley systems and the easiest upgrade is to replace the pullies with aluminum ones, which is why mine are red.Unfortunately, the method at which this connects to a rack makes it difficult to secure in place if you're using it for anything other than pulling straight down (i.e. tricep pulldowns). In which case the swivel side isn't necessary anyway. Because it's held in place solely on compression with no mechanical fasteners, for my purpose, what ends up happing is the entire thing gets pulled out of square in the direction that I'm doing flies.Additionally, and I knew this from the pictures, the method at which this connects is fairly crude. It looks like an unrefined DIY project. But I can't hold it against the manufacturer because this was obvious from the images. My plan is to drill holes through the top rails of the rack and mount these directly to it.

Needs to be a bit bigger
This damaged my pullup bar, leaving minor scratches in the bar; it was too small, which I find a bit odd since I have a half rack that is 2 x 2, which is the smallest standing rack you can get, and I even got their biggest model. Also, it is advertised in the pictures. Also, I think that we need to add some sort of rubber padding; even if it did fit, it metal sliding on metal.
