Replacing my old Skyway case that lasted longer than any I had purchased before. About 5 years. Many trips overseas and abuse by the airlines. Hope this one lasts as well.

I had a handle issue and was trying to get a warranty repair. After a month I had given up. Lo and behold, I finally received a follow up and Skyway (parent company Ricardo of Beverly Hills) has stepped up and is going to repair my bag. Though I wish the follow-up was quicker, the company has done the right thing. Now I can say, buy with confidence. Things break all the time, but if the company stands by their products, I'm a fan.

I purchased a whole set of these Nimbus 4.0 hard sided suitcases. So far they have exceeded my expectations, and are very durable and easy to use. They stand up to airline baggage handling quite well.

Replacement from airline, so I haven’t used this yet, but it has a very nice hardshell and seems well made.

I didn't realized when I purchased it that it doesn't have a locking mechanism. Not mentioned in specifications on your website. I have ordered another piece of luggage, but it may not arrive in a timely manner to compare. May have to return this Skyway suitcase.
