DO NOT BUY THIS MOP!! I purchased the mop and thought it might solve a problem for me. Then I got really sick, so the mop sat in the box unopened. By the time I was well enough to open the box, assemble the mop, and give it a try, it was too late to return it to Amazon. The pole would not stay together. The solution would not spray out. In addition, the mop is awkward to use. It's bulky and difficult to maneuver, and the tape strips holding the pad came off when I attempted to remove it. Just don't waste your money.

I would rate this mop zero stars if possible. Handle does not snap into the mop completely, so it comes apart when I use the spay button and have to put the mop handle back in every time I use the spray button. The rest of the mop does NOT come apart, so I could not but it back in the box to return it. Since I can't return it, I decided to use it. It leaves streaks and after use the mop pad thing shrunk so it does not fit on the mop head anymore!!! I expected better for $50.00!!!!!!!

This product is trash. Although it was very easy to assemble, the sprayer never worked. Now I have a $40 duster. I found out my sister purchased the same product and her sprayer stopped working shortly after she purchased it. Do NOT waste your money on this product. It would be easy to use if it worked.

It broke on the first use. The mop head connection is very weak and keeps popping off. I reconnected it, but it continued to come off, strip, and become even weaker. Save your money and do not buy this.

Mop lasted through 3 uses before the little silver button used to release the concentrate bottle popped off. Now if you use the mop after 3-4 squeezes of the spray button hardly anything comes out. If you press down on the bottle you see air bubbles enter the bottle and then after 3-4 Squeezes it operates for another 3-4 squeezes before having to repeat. Not worth the money.

The mop was used. Rust was on the all the parts that connect. There are companies that sell this that are reputable. Its a great mop if its new

Awful. Would give this a ZERO if it was possible. The top is IMPOSSIBLE TO TAKE OFF TO REFILL THE CONTAINER. After one use it was useless. Can’t imagine anyone using this effectively. Waste of money and too late to return.

Yes, my original bona mop lasted almost 6 yrs of everyday use and unfortunately it rusted out from inside out so I had to threw it away. Bought this one thinking what can go wrong. Well after only two uses the head is keeping pooping off and the main "knuckle" is about to snap off. Obviously who ever design this garbage never mop the floor nor this was properly tested. This mop seem to be only design for movement back and forward not the correct "figure eight" movement. Will return this crap and look for more sturdy and correct design. In the picture you can see the white colored stressed area in the plastic. I would say 3-4 more moping and this will snap off.

This product worked beautifully and I can highly recommend it. Just don’t waste your money on the cheap knockoffs.

Leaves no smears. Very good on wood floors.

Works well. Hope it lasts longer than our previous one. Couldn't use it anymore because the release press button stopped functioning properly and the bottle was locked in to handle. Shame to have to throw it into recycling because of this one problem that couldn't be repaired / replaced.
