Works like a dream and excellent value

Have some spare AAA batteries. I installed the batteries that came with the controller. It worked fine for about 5 minutes, then the select and arrow buttons stopped working. I was about to return it but just beforehand I took the batteries from my working controller and installed them in the new one, it was fine. I cancelled the return. Just 4 stars because the edges and corners are very sharp compared to my Samsung one.

This replacement remote does what it needs to and works with my Samsung TV, but it isn’t as good as the original one. The buttons feel a bit cheaper and not as responsive, and the overall build doesn’t feel the same quality as the Samsung remote that came with the TV. That said, it’s perfectly usable and does the job reliably. If your original remote is lost or broken and you just want something that works without spending too much, this will do. For everyday use it’s okay, though it doesn’t feel as smooth or solid in the hand as the real thing.

Works perfectly so far. Great value for money

Low quality. Seems to drain batteries within 24hrs. Previous order of this item broke within a matter of months (power and source buttons became broken). It’s cheap for a reason, don’t bother.

Brilliant! Lost my original remote and this worked directly! No setting up or having to sync it.
