It is slightly smaller than the cheap big box store chair seat which leaves a slight awkward gap either in the front or back depending which direction you push it to. Because this is an optional seat or back cushion there isn't any no slip material on the back so it slides around on the seat.... Sooooo, you might wonder why I give it four stars. The thicker foam springs back, even after being stored folded in half when I'm not sitting on it.
