Well made, lots of pockets, holds a ton
I had another Osprey backpack, but it didn't hold enough traveling or hiking. So, I bought this bigger one. It holds quite a bit and isn't as heavy as my large backpack. It's the perfect size for all my seemingly massive amount of medical needs, including large baggie of meds that need to be with me at all times, still had room for my laptop and tablets, as well as a drink and snack for the plane. I was even able to squeeze my packable down coat and heavy winter gloves into it. Lots of pockets for organizing the lot. It's a pretty color too. I expect it to last for many, many years. I especially love the chest strap because it doesn't keep sliding off of my shoulders on the slippery coat fabric and interfere with my crutches while walking.

Daily driver
This backpack has become my daily commuter bag. As a literature professor, I have a LOT of heavy books to carry and piles of papers to collect. This bag handles them effectively, as well as having clear organization for electronics and flexibility. It also effectively doubles as a weekend getaway bag for fun trips or conferences.

Good overall
My savior for staying outside of my dorm the entire day, it helps me carry many things that I need to use throughout the entire week without worry about ever need to go back to dorm and grab the stuff. Light weight and the design helps distribute the weight so it’s not going to be heavy on you. The build quality is nice too, sturdy, tightly fit with each other, zipper feels very premium, no more worries about zipper will fall off from the backpack.

Great Backpack for the price
Although this Backpack is not cheap, it is of great quality, and I trust all of my devices inside of it. The one thing I am not a huge fan of is that the laptop compartment will open all the way flat, as this is a commuter bag, this is expected, just not my cup of tea as I use it as a school bag for college. The laptop compartment is fairly sizable, It fit my 2013 15" MacBook with a little bit extra room. The laptop compartment being elevated from the bottom of the bag is helpful to not sustain any damages from setting the bag on the ground. As far as storage goes this bag can hold quite a bit of stuff. I carry around 2 3-subject notebooks and a single subject notebook as well as a small tool pouch with 2 screwdrivers and a bit pack in the middle compartment. In the 2nd smallest compartment I have my pen case, pencil pouch, and calculator, as well as cables and a power bank in the small zip up compartment inside of there. In the very small zippered pouch on the outside I keep my external SSD, cables for that, and a couple snacks (protein/granola bars). The water bottle holders on the side are fairly sizable, they aren't quite big enough to fit my 42oz Cirkul water bottle, but they are pretty close. The elastic part is also fairly tall on those compartments, but there is also plastic buckles that hold things in there really well ( I could even fit a small umbrella in there).Overall this backpack is made of really nice materials, and seems like it would stand up to time pretty well. (Plus even if it doesn't, Osprey has a good warranty)

Overall improved but still lacking.
Overall a great back. I don't like the design of how the stuff compartment clips need to be undone in order to unzip the main compartment...that's the type of design that costs extra time for no reason and is usually suspect of designers that don't use their own products. The computer compartment used to have a velcro close strap. That is a great safety tool to ensure the computer won't fall out of an unzipped pocket. On the up side the straps are an upgrade for sure sure as is the top handle, which is not slightly to the side so it can be used to keep your back on top of your suitcase handle. Also the upgraded/larger water bottle pouches are excellent--right size and reinforced bottom area.

Good size!
Bought this to carry a 17” MacBook Air and 15” Dell when traveling. I’m able to use this perfectly as a carry on and the sizing is ideal. As with my other Osprey bag, comfortable to carry! It would’ve been nice if it had a pass through pocket for luggage handle, but closing the chest and waste strap around the luggage handle suffices.
