Ubabub Nifty Clear 3-in-1 Crib in Walnut, Greenguard Gold Certified, 54.63x31.63x35.13 Inch (Pack of 1) (US0300UL)

I wanted this crib when my daughter was born but it was out of budget at the time. Fast forward 7 years later, we’re financially more stable and we’re able to go for it. It’s even more beautiful in person than pictures. I’ve already received a ton of compliments. When our baby gets older, I play to multipurpose it as a mini kids-couch.

Let me start by saying that this is one heavy, solid crib that looks incredibly nice from a distance however when you get close and inspect the details it is a bit disappointing. To start, my wife accidentally dropped the hardware and one washer seemed to have vanished into another dimension because it was nowhere to be found. I moved two small couches out of the room and we inspected every inch of the floor yet it wasn't there. Maybe it was missing from the start and to make things worse they do not include extra/spare hardware. Apparently Ubabub wants people to call them and wait about a week for an extra piece of hardware. At this cribs' cost I would think they could toss you some extra pieces of hardware. When putting the crib together I noticed that the wood was extremely delicate and would scratch easily when tightening the bolts on the underside of the crib. I don't mind that much since it's out of view but it's an issue allover the wood. I assembled the crib on a towel to avoid scratching but there's still small nicks all over the place. I'm assuming some of these nicks were acquired during manufacturing and transportation. The one thing that bothered me the most was one vertical side piece would not fully tighten and has a visible gap. The top of this corner is also not flush like the other three corners. Lastly the mattress spring has to be weirdly bent in order to be screwed in. The instructions don't say anything about this. Other minor issues were one bottom piece of wood was slightly bowed and one of the bottom brackets that hold the base did not line up properly having to screw at an angle to make it fit. OVERALL -- Don't have super high expectations since this is just another mass produced product with defects all around.

I was hesitant to buy a crib online but am so glad I dis. This is a heavy, solid piece of furniture. No issues assembling. The sides ensure baby no longer gets stuck with limbs hanging out of the crib. Beautiful too!
