I purchased this item. Installation is unclear, and no directions were included.

There should be a ring of adhesive tape on the back side of the chrome ring at the outer edge of the cover, Peel off the paper backing from the adhesive ring and gently press onto the existing starter button. If the center cat face logo is really loose, it might keep falling out when you attempt to mount it. Try putting a piece of painter's tape over the front of the cover to hold the center in place. Then gently peel off the painter's tape after installation.

Is the Sticker really hard to get to or is it missing?
