Do these shoes fit true too size? Or do i need to size up or down?

I wear an 8.5 in (dress) shoes and got a pair of these in black. I ordered my usual shoe size of 8.5 and they fit perfectly...and are very comfortable.

What is the width when not shown ?

The width is fine for my medium-size foot.
