Scrunchie elastic. Good.Edit: Today tried making some scrunchies. On a scale of 10... would rate at 7. Because elastic is a little thicker and less flexible. Used this for daughters pyjama.. it was ok. Can manage for scruchies too.. there is nothing else available oamazon except this..quantity given is good
