As a 48 year old RN going through perimenopause, collagen is something to have in your arsenal of weapons. Hair starts thinning, nails get brittle, skin is just not the same. This collagen powder is a full size container. You only need one scoop. It is tasteless in my coffee and texture is very smooth and does not clump up at all. I have tried some in the past that was clumpy even using a frother. I didn't have any stomach upset and I have severe issues. I compared this to a very elite and expensive one that not many people know of and not sold on Amazon. This collegen is better quality and less expensive than the other popular one. This appears to be very similar (almost exact) but for way more than half the cost even when not on sale. This collagen is easy on the wallet while still giving the benefits like vitamins such as Vitamin C and hyaluronic acid and not just strictly collagen. The brown stuff in my coffee is cinnamon FYI.

I am on my third jar of this powder. I'm sold. A side benefit that is not a primary mention, but should be is that it's good for your gut health. While I haven't noticed big changes in my skin quality or overall other claimed benefits, I have significantly noticed my gut health has improved on a daily basis. If you suffer from a slower metabolism, give this a try. Use it everyday. It dissolves in hot liquid better than cold so I put it in my coffee, Hubby uses it, too. No taste or smell to it. I'm a subscriber now so I don't run out.

This collagen is simply the BEST I've ever used! It is special to me because I can't have biotin added, (Biotin makes UA's results read incorrectly)so this formula is perfect. I recommended to my own mom and she swears by it too! Not clumpy, odorless, helps with aging, pain in joints, and overall health. You can mix it into any beverage. So versatile!

It has a horrible taste and smell. I use enough creamer in my cold coffee that I warm a little creamer & stir this in so I don’t really taste it. Dissolves well. It’s like I can just smell it still. Blah!
